Reps suits dental school because most of what you have to memorise is precise, visual, and comes back for years. Tooth morphology, head and neck anatomy, materials and pharmacology all card well, and the drawing pad handles the parts that are spatial rather than verbal.

Head and neck anatomy. The branches of the trigeminal and facial nerves, the spaces, the arterial supply. Best drawn rather than written. Reps has a drawing pad on every card, and reproducing the path of a nerve from memory is a much harder retrieval than recognising it on a diagram.
Local anaesthesia. Landmarks, agents, doses, complications. Split by fact, one per card.
Dental materials. Composition, setting reactions, indications, handling properties. Materials is dry and pure recall, which makes it an ideal fit.
Pharmacology. Analgesics, antibiotics, interactions. One drug fact per card, never a whole drug on one card.
Radiographic interpretation. Photo cards. A card can carry an image on the front, the back, or both, so a radiograph on the front and the finding on the back works exactly as you would want.
Classes hold subjects, two levels. Oral Anatomy holds Tooth Morphology and Occlusion. Restorative holds Materials and Cavity Preparation.
Cards cannot be moved between subjects later, so decide where something belongs when you write it.
