The iPad is where most people using Reps do the real work. It is big enough to draw on, big enough to read a diagram at full size, and it sits on a desk for two hours without asking anything of you.
Drawing with an Apple Pencil. The card editor has a drawing pad, and on Pencil models with a pressure sensor, pressing harder gives a thicker line. Drawing a pathway from memory is a harder retrieval than recognising a picture of one.
Room for images. A histology field or a labelled diagram is readable at iPad size in a way it is not on a phone.
The timer beside the cards. A focus block can run on the same screen you are reviewing on, rather than on a device you have to put down.
A keyboard when you want one. Attach one and reviewing becomes Space to flip and 1 to 4 to rate.
Split view works the way you would expect. Keep a PDF or a set of slides on one side and write cards on the other, which is the point in the process where cards are easiest to write well: you have the source in front of you and you can see what actually matters in it.

Study streaks and focus totals are recorded per device and do not sync, so those numbers differ between them. That is expected.
